 Thank you for requesting information from Bado's Pizza Grill and Ale House for your event. The following information should answer most of your questions. We will assure you that only the finest quality products will be served to your quests. See below for updated items! RESERVATIONS A reservation remains tentative until a deposit is received. Specific information about your event is needed to make a reservation. When your deposit is received your confirmation will be given to you. At this time we will need to know the exact time of arrival and the minimum and maximum number of guests you expect to attend. We will also decide at this time what type of party you will hold; Pizza Party,Buffet etc... Reservations may be made over the phone with a credit card for deposit. A $50.00 minimum deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total for the party. MENU SELECTIONS Our Catering Menu and Buffet Menu have been prepared as a guideline. Our qualified staff will be happy to accommodate special requests. Final menu selections must be made at least 10 days prior to the day of your function. A confirmed guest guarantee will be required at this time. This is the minimum number of people you are charged for. If more guests are at the party than the confirmation shows you will be charged according to what type of party you are holding. Any guest at the party will be charged. Food is not permitted to be taken out after your party. Any left over food is donated to local charities. BEVERAGES If your party is to include beer, wine or mixed drinks this selection will be done when your deposit is made. A bartender will be scheduled for your party if mixed drinks are to be served at your party ($8.00/hour - $35.00 minimum). Beer, wine and mixed drink prices will be on your confirmation papers. A champagne punch can also be added to any party. $60.00 PAYMENT Your deposit will be deducted from your total bill. An itemized bill will be given to you. Full payment is required the day of your event. You may pay with cash, check, traveler's check or any major credit card. PRICE CHANGES All menu prices are subject to change without notice. ROOM CHARGES and RESPONSIBILITY CHARGE Children's Pizza Parties have a $20.00 room charge. Adult Pizza Parties have a $30.00 room charge. All Buffets have a $40.00 room charge. There will be a $50.00 room charge for any meeting and/or party that does not order from the Catering Menu. It is Bado's responsibility to assure you a quality product and facility. If for any reason damage occurs during your event, you will be responsible. At all times your guests should remain supervised and under control. Decorating of the party room must be approved by our staff. Moving of furniture is not permitted. Childrens parties must have adult supervison. TAX and SERVICE CHARGES All food prices are subject to 7% sales tax and minimum 18% service charge. All alcohol prices are subject to 10% drink tax. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS Specialty desserts and cookie trays can be arranged for your function at an additional charge. You may bring in your own cake or cookie trays. White linen tablecloths available for your function; $50.00 charge. Chocolate fountain available for your party, details and pricing on Catering Menu. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS All of our buffet or catering/pizza items can be delivered. Any delivery over $50.00 has a 10% delivery/catering charge added. Paper products for all delivery upon request, $0.65/person not including serving utensils (extra charge). This party can only be booked Saturday and Sunday afternoons (parties must end by 4:00 pm) or Sunday or Thursday evenings. $7.00/person includes plain or pepperoni pizza, soft drinks, chips & pretzels. Party hoagies can be added for $1.50/person extra. $20.00 room charge/Childrens Pizza Party Adult Pizza Party - Reservations only. Minimum of 25 guests (over 21 years of age). Includes plain or pepperoni pizza, party hoagie or sandwich ring, vegetable and cheese tray with dip,beverages(soft drinks and beer), chips & pretzels. The beers on tap are Coors Lite, Yuengling & I C Lite. The price per person is $13.95. Other beers are available at additional charge. Your choices will be from our wine list at the restaurant. A price per bottle will be given to you at this time. If the guests attending your party will want mixed drinks, a bartender will be assigned to your party ($8.00/hour - $35.00 minimum) and a running tab or cash bar, if you prefer, will be kept by the bartender. As of 1/1/08 at 10% drink tax was put into law.
